We’re looking to hire an Account Manager to join our New York-based team. This role requires critical thinking and attention to detail. Account managers are responsible for supporting clients and project teams in order to help achieve our clients’ business goals. Responsibilities include: managing project timelines and work plans inclusive of branding, content, web design and development, documenting meetings, driving weekly statuses, gathering and organizing assets, tracking project budgets, generating analytics reports and supporting the business development team in drafting project estimates, statements of work, and change orders.
Candidates must have superior organization and communication skills in order to successfully manage client expectations, explain complex digital solutions and processes in a simple and engaging ways. Ideal candidates are passionate, self-motivated, team-oriented, and have a ‘get it done’ mentality. Relevant experience in project and / or account management in an agency environment is required.
